1. SERVICE:
Bye-Bye Ticket undertakes to offer the services included in the chosen package, against the amount received. Please note that it is possible that a request for postponement will be filed in your file, in the event that our team of experts is not in possession of all the documents necessary to present a full and complete defence. 2. PAYMENT:
Any file opening and registration must be accompanied by the payment attached to the package. All documents corresponding to your file, for which an incomplete payment will have been received, will be immediately returned to their sender, without further notice. Any additional procedure to the agreed mandate will be the subject of a new contract between the parties with the adjustment of the costs related to the new mandate desired.
3. SCOPE OF MANDATE:
Bye-Bye Ticket reserves the right to refuse to process certain statements of offense issued or any other requests Bye-Bye Ticket reserves the right to refuse any cause to which we would not be sympathetic.
4. TRANSMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
Bye-Bye Ticket is not responsible for the loss of any document sent by post, nor for delays attributable to the latter.
The customer is required to provide Bye-Bye Ticket with the statement of offense as well as any document and supporting document required as well as any document relating to the statement of offense upon receipt of these.
It is also the responsibility of the undersigned to send us the information sheet as well as the documents requested on it upon registration. Any document can be sent to us either by fax, by email via the BYEBYETICKET email address .
It is the customer's responsibility to anticipate the delays inherent in the transmission of his documents in order to ensure compliance with certain delays provided for in this agreement.
The calculation of the deadline will be made from the date on which Bye-Bye Ticket will have the documents in its possession.
It is the responsibility of the undersigned to ensure receipt of any document sent to us by calling our offices. Otherwise, Bye-Bye Ticket will not be held responsible for any missing document.
5. HEARING DATE:
Any hearing date sent to you by the court must be received at our offices a minimum of 12 days before the date. No verbally given audition date will be accepted. See clause for valid modes of transmission. BBT CANNOT GUARANTEE THE PROCESSING OR SAFEGUARDING OF YOUR RIGHTS IN Any case for which the hearing date has not been received within the period mentioned in the clause above, The customer who has failed in his obligation cannot invoke having mandated us in order to obtain his request for rebate.
The client must inform us immediately of any new hearing dates set by the court and ensure that this new date has been entered into their file by following up with BBT staff.
It is the client's responsibility to take note of their hearing date. It is the undersigned's responsibility to make themselves available for the hearing of their case, unless otherwise advised by BBT's legal team.
In the event that you are not available to appear in court on the date mentioned on your notice of hearing, you must send the legal team a document attesting to the reason for which you cannot release yourself from your obligations with a minimum delay of 10 days before the hearing date. You will be billed emergency remittance fees in the event of a late remittance request. No rebate request will be made prior to payment required, charges may vary depending on individual circumstances.
The legal team will then make representations in order to obtain a postponement of your file and this will be evaluated by the judge sitting in court. At no time can we guarantee that the request will be granted by the court.
In the event that you claim not to have received a notice of hearing and that the court found you guilty by default, BBT cannot be held responsible for the consequences of the judgment, in the event of this situation BBT will offer you alternatives to remedy the this situation.
6. PROXY
Insofar as the customer wishes that another person can have access to information concerning his file or can speak and act on his behalf, he must provide us with a power of attorney at this effect. In the absence of such a document, no information will be given, the information being of a confidential, The customer is solely responsible for any information given and decision taken by his representative and therefore releases, hereby, Bye-Bye Ticket and the legal team cannot be held responsible for any misinformation leading to prejudice.
7. UPDATE OF INFORMATION
It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with their exact personal details in order to ensure that they are contacted.
.It is the responsibility of the undersigned to inform us immediately of any change in personal details, by sending us a document with the new details as well as the entry into force of its modifications. It is the customer s responsibility to inform us as well as the court, the courthouse and the SA.AQ of any change of address . Failure to comply with the clauses of section 7, Bye-Bye Ticket is not responsible for the consequences arising from the impossibility of reaching the customer.
8. COLLABORATION
It is the customer's responsibility to provide any information or document deemed necessary for the purposes of managing and processing the file.
The client further agrees to cooperate in good faith, with the greatest possible accuracy and in a courteous manner, with the lawyers and staff of Bye-Bye Ticket in the exercise of the defense of their rights.
9. REFUNDS AND CREDIT
There is no refund, if a customer wants to cancel his registration, he acknowledges any costs incurred corresponding to a service already rendered for BBT
10. TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
Any failure to comply with any of the conditions listed in this agreement may lead to a loss of confidence and thus the end of the processing of the file without any financial compensation.
Bye-Bye Ticket reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site, without any liability to you or any other person. If we change the terms, we will post the new terms and conditions on the Site and indicate the date of the most recent update. Therefore, you should re-read the terms and conditions of use each time you use the site or make a transaction.
